- NO. If you arrive at the door and you are not a member you will not be allowed inside.

- How do I know if I am a member?
- When you sign up you get a confirmation mail. Receiving newsletters is another sign that you are a member.
- I signed up and I didn't get a confirmation mail.
- Check your spam or other folders in your mail account.
- It's not in my spam.
- If you clicked on the button at the end of the form and you ended up on the "Membership Fees" page, you are now a member and you probably just gave us the wrong e-mail. This means you will not get the newsletter and eventually miss some shows. For example, if the stars aligned and we manage to book a big band, we will first promote the event through our newsletter to prioritize who already is a member and didn't give us the wrong mail. You can correct your e-mail address at the door the first time you show up.
- Can you check if I'm already a member?
- Yes, we can. But it might take a little while before we give you an answer. So don't ask us two hours before we open the doors, we will probably be running around to get the place ready.
- I signed up in September 2015. Am I still a member?
- I used to go to Kontxt so it's all good, right?
- NO. We have nothing to do with that.
- But I know "xxxxxxxx" so it's all good, right?
- NO. But say hi from us when you see them!
MEMBERSHIP FEES + MEMBERSHIP CARD
- I'm a member and I paid my membership fee via Swish. What's next?
- Thanks for supporting us! Just come to the door and we will give you your membership card. Sometimes the bank won't release the details of the Swish transactions (date of birth + name) cause it's a weekend or there are too many people paying. In that case your card won't be ready at the door but we'll be able to make one in less than 20 seconds.
- Can I pay for the membership fee at the door?
- If you are a member, YES.
- I just want to be a guest for one night, what do I do?
- You have to be a member so fill in THIS FORM. Then come to the door and pay the 20kr guest fee.
- Can I be a guest for a couple of nights?
- You can be a guest for two or multiple nights if the nights are part of the same event, for example a festival that takes place over a weekend, like Stad I Mörker, or our opening and closing parties, otherwise NO. You can only be a guest ONCE a year.
- I got my card and I lost it already!
- Don't you worry, your payment has been registered in our system and we'll make you another one the next time you show up. Just be more careful next time, the whole point with the cards is to speed up the entrance next time you come to Plan B.
- I have a few friends visiting from Germany, do they have to sign up?
- EVERYBODY has to sign up. EVERYBODY.
- Do I get in for free the night I pay my membership fee?
- Nothing is for free. Every event supports itself through an entrance fee. Example: There's a show that costs 80kr. You are a member and you come to the door and you wanna pay the fee for one year. 100kr (membership fee for one year) + 80kr (entrance fee) = your total is 180kr

- No, it's not. It's just a pain in the ass, but it's not complicated.
- I didn't receive your awesome newsletter. What can I do?
Check your spam. If it's not in there, use the CONTACT FORM and we will check it out for you.
- I changed my e-mail address, how can I update it in your system?

- I don't wanna receive any e-mails from you. How can I stop this?
Oh, sad! There's an "Unsubscribe" link in the e-mail. Click on that one and you'll be free. Unsubscribing will not remove you as a member, so you can come back anytime ad you won't have to sign up again. Mind that some of the bigger events will be promoted via newsletter first, to give priority to the most engaged members.
- I unsubscribed and you still sent me newsletters. What's wrong with you?
Sorry. We didn't mean to spam you. We had a couple of issues: first we changed service provider and couldn't transfer the data with all the unsubscribed addresses, then we merged the old memberships with the new memberships and had a second reset. We will have to go through another reset in March, but we are working on a way to avoid another unwanted newsletter, but that will be the last one! Sorry again!
LOST & FOUND
- I lost my keys.

- I was there last night and when it was time to leave, my jacket was gone.
